WALT; make connections to the text

1.       If we had a pet day I would bring along my cat Millie. I would look after Millie by feeding her. My favourite story about cats is Hairy mcheary.

    I love Hairy Mcleary and all of Hairy's friends too Hannah! When I was a lot younger, I had a cat called Millie - and she is still alive and lives on Anneliese's uncle's farm! Anneliese's 6 cousins look after her - she is quite old now!
